The Gold Edition
Simply cross out the words "The Gold Edition" and print the words "Fall 2011" on the
release and order form
and send it along with payment for any books ordered to the address on the
form.
Your order and your child's poem will then be for the 2011 book, with
delivery in early December of 2011.
Please email us with the student's name and poem title, so we can verify we
still have the poem on file.
This should be done at the earliest opportunity as work will soon begin on
our next book.
Any
author whose work we have offered to showcase in "
The Author's copy is $32.95, additional copies are $24 each,
and shipping/handling is $6 per order regardless of quantity. You may expect
your books to arrive in early December before the holiday season.
